As a Wholesale Coordinator, you will be the central contact for our dealerships to value our vehicles. Your insight into valuing cars will impact whether we become our guest's favorite place to purchase, lease, or service their vehicle.What Winning Looks Like:

• Demonstrating a high "HQ" (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.
• Ability to make responsible financial decisions based on data or market trends
• Continued follow-up with inspections and ensuring vehicles are at industry standards
• Listing vehicles on the inventory management system
• Effectively work with and communicate with stores and vendors
• Educating General Managers on market trends so they are better equipped to appropriately value the vehiclesSkills Needed to Win:
  • 1-2 years of experience with valuing cars (dealership level or auctions)
  • Ability to effectively manage time to meet and exceed targets
  • A strong desire to succeed
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
  • A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
