This individual will be based in our Henderson, NV facility. The successful candidate will report to the Director of Audio, CT US and the Chief Business Officer, CT LV and will -become -an integral and vital part of the Creative Technology Audio Team. This person will -help -develop -internal -teams to address: Workflow, QC Test Procedures, System Prep, Parts Department, Service Bench and the general audio inventory in our facility.At CT we have the resources and mission to be the premier provider of audio systems to the corporate -staging, live performance, and broadcast events industry nationwide. You will be joining a top team of -audio professionals and managing world-class equipment packages. It is a very demanding position, -engaging, exciting, and rewarding. Shop Duties

• Establishes priorities and assigns tasks to staff.
• Develops teams based on skill levels to accomplish tasks
• Develops and posts a calendar of relevant events for each team to be connected to the
  workflow.
• Establishes best practices for each area of the audio department.
• Manages general day to day operations within the audio department including service and
  maintenance of audio equipment & systems.
• Maintains a global view of inventory demands and future needs.
• Requisitions parts, expendables and accessories as necessary.
  
  Management Duties -
• Coordinates with department managers, and sound designers on the specification and delivery of high-end, live sound systems.
• Coordinates with department managers, and sound designers on the specification and delivery of high-end, live sound systems.
• Coordinates with the Operations Department to provide best practice solutions for equipment
  scheduling and utilization on an ongoing daily basis.
• Coordinates with the Director of Audio Engineering to assist on all new equipment system builds and associated timelines.
• Develops a thorough knowledge of the R2 inventory program.
• Keeps accurate entries on all new items, removed items, and the internal pricing, including overall streamlining of nomenclature and product identification.
  
  
  Qualifications
• A passion for high powered sophisticated audio system is essential to the success of this position.
• Extensive knowledge of current audio systems and network technologies.
• A minimum of 5 years in a professional audio environment.
• Experience in management and or operations within a live performance service
  company.
• Knowledge and familiarity with database equipment reservation systems.
• Experience supervising a team of technicians and prep staff.
• Problem solver and ability to work under pressure and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• High level of organizational skills with an ability to schedule and delegate tasks.
• Ability to read and interpret Vectorworks CAD and L'Acoustics SoundVision documents.
