Job Description:

industry? Everi is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to be
part of our amazing team. In this role, you will be assisting
players with questions and providing the basic guidelines for our
products. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of
customers and use your expert relationship-building skills to
provide world-class service.This is a fully remote position but

basic guidelines for our products. You will have the opportunity to
work with a variety of customers and use your expert

This is a fully remote position but needs to reside in Las
Vegas
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support to all customers via trouble tickets,
telephone, and email
* Actively investigates and resolves software and hardware problems
for users and issues trouble ticket reporting on all other
problems
* Assists site contacts with patron reported issues with the device
or application
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications
* Superior customer service skills
* Prior tech support/ help desk experience
* Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suites
Nice to have's:
* Experience working with Zendesk or Salesforce
* Tech background
* Troubleshooting experience of any sort
