Description:Job Title: Lead Interior Designer - AIA- Interior Designer Level IIILocated in Las Vegas, NV (this is not a remote position)Please submit a portfolio- A portfolio is required to be considered for an interview.Duties/Responsibilities:Undertake design project from concept to completionDefine project requirements and schedule during the consultationInterpret and translate customer needs into rough plansSet costs and project fees according to budgetResearch and decide on materials and products sourcingProduce inspiration and mood boardsSupervise work progressFollow design trends to stay versatile in creating new, fresh spaces while staying grounded with classic style.Research plans to ensure they are technically feasibleUse CAD software to ensure they are technically feasibleMeet with Project manager and or clients as required to scope out workAssist Project manager in regards to work required, time to complete, and staff resources Steelman Partners Statement:We are dedicated to hiring a diverse workplace that celebrates an inclusive culture and a sense of belonging. Requirements:Qualifications:3+ years of experience Proven working experience in interior design (consultations, renovations, space planning, and new construction)Expertise in layout, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture, and all installationsExpert knowledge of building products, construction details, and quality standardsProficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp design programsProficient in BluebeamProficient Photoshop or illustrator skillsProficient Microsoft Office Suite skillsExcellent portfolio of previous worksWell versed in design and 3D awarenessCreative talent, imagination and eye for designExcellent Communication and presentation skills, both written and verbalProject management skillsSketching abilityEducation:Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design PI208458759
