Job Description:

Client Experience Specialists oversee day-to-day client facing operations, working closely with the Lead Gen Specialist team and Lead Gen Managing Partner to ensure lead fulfillment commitments are met. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, task focused, and an excellent communicator.

Responsibilities:
--- Work with clients to identify optimal properties to advertise
--- Create monthly social media advertising schedules and communicate them with clients
--- Schedule property posts on social media daily
--- Create social media advertisements on featured property posts
--- Monitor live social media ads to ensure appropriate lead comments and budgetary performance targets
--- Maintain ads to remain within allocated ad spend budgets
--- Document end-of-ad statistics and report monthly summaries to clients

Qualifications:
--- Prior customer service or client support experience is required
--- Previous hospitality industry experience preferred but not required
--- Must have a high school diploma or GED -
--- Must be able to use basic computer software including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
--- Experience with social media advertising and budgeting preferred but not required
--- Experience in coordinating and managing multiple projects or tasks simultaneously
--- Excellent communication, planning, and process management skills
