*Job Summary: The Call Center Representative is to contact consumers and advise of pending services, documentation, pending complaints and return call requests. Call Center Representatives are required to make outbound calls.*


*PT M-F from 7-12P OR 10-3P*

*FT M-F from 7-3p*


Duties/Responsibilities:


* Interacts with consumers via telephone and email, to provide support and information on resolution services.

* Manage outbound calls in a timely manner.

* Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics.

* Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.

* Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

* Ability to generate inbound calls to our customers.


Required Skills/Abilities:


* Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Self-motivated, team player, and extremely goal-oriented.


Education and Experience:


* High school diploma or equivalent.

* Customer service/Collections experience preferred.

* Prior telemarketing experience with financial products preferred.

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Drive applications.


Job Types: Full-time, Part-time


Pay: From $13.00 per hour


Schedule:

* Day shift

* Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

* Bonus pay
