  What will I be doing?
  
  
  • Assists in leading daily operations of the pool, leads personnel functions such as training, scheduling, rotations, and recognition of lifeguards.
    
  • Coordinates the prevention of aquatic incidents through the policies, rules, and regulations governing the conduct of owners/guests while preventing pool emergencies.
    
  • Provides emergency care/treatment, as needed.
    
  • Routinely inspects area to ensure cleanliness, equipment is in good working condition.--
    
  • Knowledge of water rescue methods, life guarding and first - aid practices and techniques.
    
  • Other duties as assigned by your leader.--
    
    
    *Eligibility: All U.S. hourly Team Members not represented by a labor organization or subject to collective bargaining agreement
    QualificationsWhat are we looking for?
    
    
    • High School Diploma/GED--
      
    • Poses a lifeguard, CPR & First Aid certifications or acquire after hire.
      
    • Flexible to work any day of the week and any shift to include weekends and Holidays.
      
    • Ability to tolerate environmental factors such as humidity, cold/heat, dust and noise.
      
    • --Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance. Requires occasional handling and maneuvering of persons in excess of 100 pounds.
