joining our team.Overall Purpose:The Patient Service Specialist is
a medical front desk position that is responsible for corresponding
with patients, maintaining the organization of our office, and
ensuring that our environment is welcoming, calm, and quiet for our
patients and their families. We are seeking a friendly,
compassionate, and organized medical receptionist to join our
growing healthcare team. In this role, you will work at the front
desk of our medical office and provide assistance to our patients
and other visitors.Education and Experience:High school diploma/GED
required1+ years' experience in healthcare related fieldFamiliarity
with Athena or Cerner a plusKnowledge, Skills and
Abilities:Friendly and compassionate dispositionExcellent
communication and problem-solving skillsExcellent organizational
and time management skillsAbility to handle a fast-paced
environment and prioritize tasks based on importanceStrong
interpersonal communication skillsAbility to work independently or
as part of a teamDedication to maintaining confidentiality of all
