Job Description:
We are hiring for a Business Development Rep for one of our
premier clients in the Las Vegas area. This is a full-time, direct
hire position with strong comp plus uncapped commissions.

PRIMARY FUNCTION
Responsible to uncover new furniture and service sales
opportunities, share our company story with potential clients and
turn over new opportunities to account managers.
TOP DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Call on and network with A&D and Commercial Real Estate
community to develop relationships and prospects.
2. Involvement in local Networking Organizations (NSA, NAIOP, ASID,
etc.).
3. Making cold calls each day and reporting call activity back to
president.
4. Work with account managers to ensure prompt response to client
requests, such as proposal, product, and delivery information.
5. Work with account managers to generate revenue by ensuring all
applicable service charges are included on quotes/proposals (such
as design, delivery & installation, overtime, etc)
OTHER DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
6. Effective time management to meet all necessary sales
activities.
7. Proper follow up with account managers on all orders to meet
client expectations for delivery and installation.
8. Generate additional sales by using specific marketing actions
and additional services such as fabric protection and
reconfiguration.
9. Build and maintain strong product knowledge to increase sales
effectiveness.
10. Keep up to date on latest research on workspaces conducted by
major manufacturers.
11. Client voicemail and email messages must be returned the same
business day or within a 24-hour period.
12. Adhere to all company policies as outlined in employee
handbook.
13. Help maintain profitability on all sales transactions.
