Job Description:
Contractor shall provide a qualified workforce in order to
provide cybersecurity oversight throughout 4 network enclaves.
-Incumbent shall possess intimate knowledge of CNSS, DoD, and USAF
cybersecurity doctrine and applicability of such in an federal
enterprise IT environment. -Facilitate and process system
authorization access requests to CAOC-N managed networks.
Facilitate and coordinate system authorization requests to non
CAOC-N managed networks. -Candidate should have expertise in the
RMF/DIACAP process to include creating and maintaining Ports,
Protocols, and Services documentation (PPS), Vulnerability
Assessments (VA), Plans of Action and Milestones (PoAM), Service
Level Agreements (SLAs), Memorandums of Agreements (MOAs), Business
Continuity Plans, and Disaster Recovery Procedures. -The incumbent
will need a fundamental understanding of secure federal IT
environments for various DoD Global Information Grids. -An
understanding of securing Microsoft, Unix, and Linux server
architectures along with the applicability of federal network
security principles will be required for the personnel. -Candidates
will need a solid familiarity with National Institute of Technology
(NIST) documentation and applicable practices. -Expert level
knowledge for Risk Management and Vulnerability Mitigation
required. -Experience with vulnerability scanning software such as
Retina or ACS required; additionally familiarity with HBSS, McAfee
EPO, Cisco and McAfee Firewalls, and securing cisco networking
devices highly desired. -Must be able to create and maintain
professional documentation with the Microsoft Office Suite to
include Visio. -Familiarity with Air Operations Centers is a plus.
-CISSP or equivalent DOD 8570 Level III desired; level II required
(Security+). -Must have intimate working knowledge of Federal, DoD,
and USAF cyber security policies and regulations; along with
experience with USAF accreditation process (RMF/DIACAP)
Requirements: -SECRET clearance required -Top Secret with SCI
eligibility desired. -Must have proficiency with creating DoD/USAF
cyber security policy products such as Ports, Protocols, and
Services (PPS), Vulnerability Assessments, -Plans of Action and
Milestones (PoAM), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Memorandums of
Agreements (MOAs), Business Continuity Plans, and Disaster Recovery
Plans. -Must have working knowledge with all IT concepts to include
systems, networking, programming, and databases, as well as being
able to interpret technical documentation pertaining to those
areas. -Required to have at least a DoD 8570 Level II cert.
