The Grower is responsible for all labor related to the cultivation process. They will take direction from the Garden Manager and execute the cultivation strategy in accordance with all in house SOPs and recipes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Cloning for each production cycle, transplanting of cuttings and vegetative plants, defoliating plants of all stage, plant training, hand watering, foliar feeding.Harvesting and processing of finished plants, cleaning, room maintenance, waste disposal and record keeping. Mixing and dosing nutrients for fertigation purposes. Maintain a positive and cohesive team environment. Daily compliance with MME policies including but not limited to; state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules.Maintain a clean, sanitary and organized work environment.Supervisory Responsibilities
