This position is responsible for meeting deadlines while ensuring quality products and following strict quality control measures. This position is also responsible for efficient set-up procedures, stocking machines, troubleshooting, and performing routine maintenance on equipment.Why join us?Essential Functions

• Set up and operate HP Indigo digital machines.
• Stock machines, troubleshoot, and perform light maintenance on equipment as needed.
• Monitor operations of running presses and makes necessary adjustments to meet job specifications.
• Inspect and examine printed products for print clarity, color accuracy, conformance to specifications, and external defects.
• Follow strict quality control measures and pay close attention to detail.
• Must meet schedules and tight deadlines while being responsible for ensuring quality work.
• Lift and load paper stock into machines and remove printed product from machine.
• Operate pallet jacks to transport paper stock to staging areas as needed.
• Other duties as assigned Required Skills / Experience

      • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Press Operator, specifically with HP Indigo Digital Presses.
      • In-depth knowledge of Hewlett Packard Indigo operations and maintenance.
      • Familiarity with digital machines and their functionality.
      • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.
      • High attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
      • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
      • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
      • Commitment to following safety protocols and procedures.
      • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
      • High school diploma or equivalent.
