Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual Spanish Member Experience
Associate (Bilingual Vietnamese).
Key Responsibilities:
Explain plan's procedures, benefits, and services to members
Facilitate member requests and assist with complaints
Document calls, respond to complaints, and assist with member
outreach programs
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
Medical front office experience preferred
Knowledge of Medi-Cal, Commercial, and Medicare Managed Care
Plans
Bilingual English and Spanish required, with consideration for
other languages
Associate degree (AA) preferred
