In this exciting role, you'll deliver exceptional guest service while maintaining a fun, fair, and welcoming atmosphere for all players. You'll also ensure compliance with all gaming regulations, policies, and procedures, helping to create an unforgettable experience at the table. If you're passionate about poker and providing top-tier service, we'd love to have you on our team!THE STARTING RATE: $12.00/hour plus tipsTHE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Poker Game Operations: Conduct and assist in the smooth operation of poker games, ensuring fair play and consistency.
• Player Support: Retrieve chips for players and assist in maintaining accurate table bank balances.
• Bank and Pot Accuracy: Ensure accuracy of the table bank, pot, and rake at all times.
• Reporting Irregular Play: Communicate any unusual or irregular play and address disputes with supervisors as needed.
• Game Instructions: Provide clear instructions, game rules, and other necessary information to players following established procedures.
• Customer Engagement: Build strong customer relationships and encourage guests to use their MGM Rewards for enhanced experiences.
• Game Environment: Maintain a safe, orderly, and welcoming environment at the poker table.
• Guest Service: Deliver exceptional service to guests, staying attentive to their needs and responding effectively to inquiries.
• Security and Incident Reporting: Notify supervisors or Security of any unusual events, missing items, or suspected theft promptly.THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • Age: Minimum 21 years of age.
  • Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1+ years of prior relevant Poker Dealing experience in a similar resort setting
