Description:Job Summary:RCTV is looking for full-time Call Center Representatives to work on-site at our Las Vegas, NV location. This position is not remote. We are currently hiring for Wednesday-Sunday shifts, including closing shifts that typically start in the mid-afternoon and end by 12:00 a.m. This role provides potential for growth within the department and company, as we actively identify strong performers for promotion. The RCTV Call Center operates 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Working late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays may be required. The ability to work on any schedule between Wednesday to Sunday is essential. As a Call Center Representative, you will answer calls from potential customers interested in our products featured during our media ads.Job Responsibilities:Answer incoming calls from potential customers.Identify and address customer needs courteously and professionally.Work with internal departments to enhance customer experience.Educate customers on products featured in our televised shows.Deliver an exceptional customer experience Qualifications:Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to build rapport with diverse customers.Positive attitude with a desire to learn.Adaptability, remaining calm and professional during each call.Accurate data entry skills.Strong commitment to customer service excellence.
