Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing
integrated marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition,
engagement, and brand growth. This role oversees campaign strategy
across digital, experiential, and retail channels, manages vendor
and partner relationships, and collaborates closely with marketing
leadership to ensure alignment, performance, and operational
excellence.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the
following. Other duties may be assigned.Campaign Strategy &
ExecutionManage campaign strategy for customer acquisition and
engagement initiatives across digital and experiential channelsOwn
strategy and oversight of CRM-driven Email, SMS, and Push
campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectivesPartner with
the Director to develop and monitor digital signage strategy,
ensuring consistency with active campaignsCollaborate with
leadership on online campaign strategy, including email, website,
social media, and digital advertising Experiential Events &
PartnershipsManage event planning and execution, including
logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site supportCoordinate
social media content production, including photo shoots and related
production logisticsManage social media posting and strategy as
neededManage celebrity appearances and partnerships, including
outreach, scheduling, approvals, and coordinationSupport the
Director in strategic brand partnership discussions, outreach, and
negotiations Vendor & External Campaign ManagementPartner with
vendors to develop and launch external marketing campaigns,
including performance reporting and insightsManage relationships
with vendors, freelancers, and agencies to ensure timely,
high-quality deliveryOversee vendor invoicing, scopes of work, and
deliverables as directed Website & Digital ExperienceOwn website
content strategy related to promotions, specials, page creation,
and updatesAssist with website development, operations, and ongoing
maintenanceSupport initiatives related to ADA compliance, SEO, site
infrastructure, and overall site integrityCoordinate with vendors
on website development projects as needed Loyalty & Customer
ExperienceAssist in the management and optimization of the Customer
Loyalty Program, ensuring a seamless and valuable customer
experienceSupport loyalty-related processes, communications, and
program enhancements Analytics, Reporting & OptimizationReview and
analyze campaign performance; provide post-campaign analysis and
insightsManage Google Analytics, tagging, and reporting tools to
track performance and inform decision-makingTranslate data into
actionable recommendations for optimization and growth Project &
Workflow ManagementManage and oversee end-to-end campaign workflows
to ensure timely executionMaintain and communicate product status
updates to support campaign planningTrack campaign progress and
follow up to keep work moving on scheduleManage and support the
marketing trafficker, prioritizing work and resolving bottlenecks
to ensure on-time delivery Operations & Cross-Functional
CollaborationManage and support multiple marketing projects across
internal teams and third-party partnersWork closely with the
Marketing team to ensure consistent branding, creative
presentation, and messagingFollow and promote organizational best
practices for marketing campaigns and workflowsOversee
administrative tasks and support departmental operationsPerform
other duties as assigned Supervisory ResponsibilitiesManages a
total of 1-2 employees in the Marketing Department.

with word press or content management systemsExperience with basic
