We are looking for 10 bilingual Help Desk Techs that can work remote to support our San Diego based client for a 3 month project. Hourly pay is $20.00 per/hr. Laptop and headset will be provided. Start date is August 24th. You will need to have reliable internet service. Need to be able to self manage time and tasks to meet daily metrics. Two days of training will be provided. Need to be open to working any shift from 6:00am to 7:00pm, Monday to Saturday. Will be required to provide two professional references and complete a background check. Responsibilities:- Answer end users technical questions via chat or phone support.
