WorkforceLogiq is currently hiring for a Servicing Analyst--for their--Las Vegas, Nevadalocation.--This is a contract position until the end of the year with the opportunity of extension.--Hours will be 730am-4pm and this position will be working ONSITE.--Please do not apply if you are not local.Servicing Analysts are tasked with researching and resolving escalated Owner issues. Escalations come principally from WVO contact centers, Senior Executives and Board members In addition to resolving escalated issues, Servicing Analysts are required to audit the work of account maintenance associates in order track issues and drive to root cause for any findings that arise. These analysts are highly skilled at issue resolution and possess a great degree of product and system knowledge, so they will serve subject matter experts and coaches for all of ASO.Responsibilities* Research, resolve and track escalations for all products and clubs. Must have an understanding of all systems and how the system interacts. Must also have a strong working knowledge of all processes for WCF, within ASO, SSO, Cash and Treasury* Audit cases and track findings. These positions with audit cases that are completed by other teams within ASO to ensure that we are producing 100% quality for our owners.* Coach/train peers on product and system knowledge. These positions with work with other areas with ASO to coach and train other team members on product and system knowledge.* Ablity to work independently* Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines in coordination with their manageAbility to analyze information from numerous sources and provide coherent reports for executive use* Travel Requirements* Servicing Analysts will be required to travel once or twice annually in support of departmental initiativesQualifications* High School diploma or GED Equivalent (some college preferred)* Process Excellence Yellow Belt Training within six months of hire date* Serve 100 Leadership Skills training within six months of hire date* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Ability to be detailed, accurate and thorough* Ability to multitask and adapt to changes and a demanding work environment* Must possess good time management and organizational skills* Dedication to providing exceptional customer service* Must exhibit problem-solving skills to resolve member concerns and defuse escalated issues* Deadline conscious with strong drive and initiative* Advanced understanding of WVR, WBW, Shell and fixed week product knowledge, standard operating procedures, policies and procedures* Ability to identify and analyze root causes for customer service issues* Ability to create meaningful reports and communication for executive* Intermediate PC skills, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook* 3 years customer service experience in a call center environment or operations experienceWorkforce Logiq is an equal opportunity employer, and all applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or protected veteran status.werPoint, etc.)
