Job Description:

As a tour bus driver you will be on the road constantly, so you will have to be comfortable with not being in one place for long, and not being in an office environment. The bus will be your office, which is why you will also be required to look after the inside of the bus as you drive. You will need to make sure that the bus is clean for your passengers. Most of the time, the driver is also the tour guide. It will be your duty to make sure that the passengers are kept entertained and informed at all times, so provide interesting facts and anecdotes throughout the trip.Requirements * Must be a people's person so (being friendly is a plus)* Management skills and coordination* Must be able to handle small or big groups of people* Able to handle and run route management on the goResponsibilities* Transport passengers to and from dispensaries or shops along the tour* Maintain a clean and mechanically-sound vehicle at all times* Obey all traffic laws* Perform inspections of the tour bus before and after each route* Ensure safety of all passengers* Assist passengers with getting on and off the bus when required* Attend monthly safety meetingsSkills * High school diploma or GED preferred* CDL license required or Valid Drivers license* Experience driving * No at-fault traffic accidents in the last 5 years* Clean driving record (no traffic citations in last 5 years)* Ability to carry out assigned route on time* Excellent communication skills* 1or 2+ years' working with tours preferred
