Las Vegas, NV - End User Support Technician - Full-TimeWe are
actively recruiting an End User Support Technician--for our client
in--Las Vegas, NV.--This Technician will be providing--IT Desktop
and Helpdesk support for our client's entire organization which
includes 5 locations in NV and CA. This position is a direct hire.
Due to client request, qualified candidates must be eligible to
work in the United States without sponsorship.Responsibilities:*
Desktop support* Helpdesk support* Password resets* Printer issues*
New user setup,* Maintaining antivirus* VPN setup and support,
etc.* Troubleshooting larger network issues* Moving IT
Infrastructure from one location to anotherExperience:* Active
Directory* Windows Server 2012/2016* Windows 10 Pro* Providing
support to non-technical end-users* Basic networking and
subnetting* Router configuration and VPN's* Diagnosing
connectivity, routing and DNS issues* Good communication skills*
Must be self-motivated, as this person will be sole IT
support.Qualifications:* Relevant Degree or Diploma in Information
Systems or Information Technology* 3 years' experience
