General Summary
Responsible for analyzing needs, determining requirement and developing implementing, testing, maintaining or extending the organizations enterprise applications to support operational users.

Primary Responsibilities
--- Supports the design, development, implementation, testing, validation, documentation, review and maintenance of enterprise applications.
--- Supports system administrators to help respond to user request for assistance.
--- Provides support to internal and external clients throughout all phases of the System Development Life Cycle.
--- Applies understanding of company's general business functions and systems to determine the impact of system changes to the business.
--- Evaluates new or updated products and services.

--- Provides mentoring and supports the training of staff members.
--- Participates in initiatives to develop, test and implement system changes, integration, upgrades and patches.
--- Works with Operational teams to determine working procedures and best practices.
--- Contributes to opportunities of efficiency and improvement within the team and externally.
--- Implements system and process solutions with minimal supervision.
--- Mentor and train other team members on system and process Strong knowledge of systems architecture and experience with application specific processes.
--- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases
--- Strong knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards.
--- Strong familiarity with systems specific processes related to data/document management etc.
--- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
--- Strong problem solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot problems.
--- Strong Ability to identify, prioritize, and solve system related problems

Problems are differing but related. Solutions are not readily apparent. Undertakes analysis and investigation to identify and define problems. Work is done independently, reviewed at critical points.

Adapts style and uses persuasion in delivering messages. Issues may be complex, audience perspectives may be divergent, and information may be non-routine in nature.

Contributes to the achievement of goals through personal effort and influence over others.
Impact is focused on the achievement of short- to medium-term goals.

Work is typically performed in an office environment, using simple, easy muscular movements, involving only the handling of light materials, tools, or equipment in easy work positions, and with no special speed requirements or long stretches of exertion.

Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent*
3 years of relevant experience
Experience with Veeva Vault applications and/or Trackwise applications preferred, not required
