About the RBT Program
To support our rapid growth and commitment to quality care, Proud Moments ABA actively helps talented members of the community get credentialed with the BACB! The program takes between 4-8 weeks and consists of an online 40-hour training, background check, competency assessment, and guidance throughout the process.
Successful candidates will demonstrate an understanding of the treatment of deficits and behaviors associated with an autism diagnosis, as well as a commitment to mastering ABA therapist standards and practices in working with children and families. You can make your mark!
This program will make you elligible to be an integral part of the therapy team, working directly with children and families with professionalism, dedication, and compassion.

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Access to reliable transportation

  • Experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
