  • Document and communicate business process changes
  • Evaluate documentation for automation opportunities and executes the appropriate configuration
  • Assess and interpret intent of automation to determine system and configuration accuracy
  • Ensure accuracy of SOPHIA configuration regarding current process instructions
  • Leads User Acceptance Testing (UAT) when required
  • Creates and executes standard, repeatable test protocols in order to validate development updates and defect deployments related to SOPHIA automation
  • Defect management and reporting
  • Assesses and interprets intent of Configuration/Automation to determine system and configuration accuracy
  • Defect Management and reporting
  • Identifies key stakeholders for work group meetings
  • Leads Workgroup meetings to identify configuration requiring an update and determine what updates are necessary to each individual document
  • Collaborate with Business Contacts for implementations to new and future confirmations and connections in SOPHIA
  • Support client management with research and develop customer specific resolutions
  • Build, maintain, and audit configurations in the SOPHIA
  • Audit configuration loads for adherence to quality measures and reporting standards You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications:
    • High school diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
    • 2+ years Facets Claims Processing experience
    • Understanding of company's products and ability to learn additional products as needed
    • Solid knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate meetings
    • Experience prioritizing -multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
    • Experience working -with minimal supervision/direction
    • Proven ability to understand and synthesize information/processes clearly and concisely, and devise solutions
    • Proven ability to assess customer needs and requirements, design relevant tests, deliver results on time, and communicate outcomes Preferred Qualifications:
      • Bachelor's degree or higher
      • Facets SME experience
      • Must demonstrate solid knowledge of Facets claims processing using the 837 Institutional and Professional HIPAA Transaction
      • Understand the SOP process
      • Understand Facets data structure
      • Experience working with medical claims platforms
      • Exemplary interpersonal and motivational skills at an individual and team level
      • SharePoint and/or Snagit experience
      • Solid written and oral communication skills

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $54,400 to $97,000. The salary range for Connecticut/Nevada residents is $60,000 to $106,700.
