looking for dynamic Quality Consultant - RN/LPN.

Intermountain Healthcare has 25 years' experience serving the
southern Nevada communities with medical clinics and specialty care
affiliates throughout Pahrump, Las Vegas, North Las Vegas,
Henderson, Mesquite and Boulder City.
As a Quality Consultant, RN/LPN you will be responsible for
management of oversight processes to ensure that delegated
functions meet requirements as contracted by Health Plans, National
Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA), Centers for Medicare &
Medicaid Services (CMS) and state guidelines. This includes taking
the lead role of ensuring ongoing compliance with the standard
requirements for Special Needs Plans (SNP) and NCQA Complex Case
Management UM and Credentialing Standards. The Quality Consultant
coordinates the oversight functions for delegation from health plan
clients and to Intermountain Healthcare subdelegates.
S/he maintains current knowledge of appropriate regulations,
performs internal and external audits, onsite reviews,
reporting and other internal and external quality activities. The
successful candidate will need to have excellent organizational
and document/audit preparation skills as well as interpersonal
communication skills as they will be interfacing with multiple
internal and external stakeholders in order to perform the
necessary requirements of this position.

Qualifications for the position:
* Current NV license (unrestricted RN or LPN)
* 3- 5 years quality, compliance, regulatory requirements of CMS
and state agencies
* 3 - 5 years accreditation organizations such as URAC and
NCQA.
* BSN preferred
* BLS CPR/AED
* RN preferred, but not required

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly
rate dependent upon experience.
$33.38 - $51.19
