If you have strong problem-solving skills and a passion for making effective change within an organization, this may be the Help Desk Analyst position for you. Located in Las Vegas, Nevada, the Help Desk Analyst opportunity is a long-term contract role. Evening and overnight shifts available.Your responsibilities in this role:- Deliver IT support for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other applications used internally- Provide service on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups- Spot recurring technical issues and deploy solutions to address the root of the problems- Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues- User administration and bug fixing in a client-server environment- Strong problem solving and analytical skills- Familiarity with basic networking concepts- Practical knowledge in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications- Prior experience with IT support ticketing systems- Tier 1 Support experience preferred- Adeptness in Customer Support- ServiceNow experience desired- WLAN experience- Technical Support experience required- Proficiency in Network Troubleshooting
