As Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for maintaining the guestrooms, public spaces, back of the house areas in good repair ensuring an attractive and well-maintained property.



What will I be doing?

• Basic --drywall, painting/staining and wall vinyl repairs
  
• Maintain all guestroom and public space equipment--
  
• Execute planned scheduled preventative maintenance.
  
• Replace faulty plumbing components.--
  
• Detailed record keeping
  
• Assist other maintenance staff on special projects as directed by leadership

  QualificationsWhat are we looking for?
  
  
  • 6 months--to 1 year related experience.--
    
  • High School Diploma or GED
    
  • Can easily climb stairs and work on ladders up to 30 feet, push/pull up to 80 lbs, lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
