Conducts complex research and support in areas of cost control, business performance evaluation and evaluation of capital investment decisions. Prepares and coordinates budgets, forecasting, cost analysis, analytical support, reporting for management and assists the team in identifying and managing trends in the business. The individual will work with the financial leads across all organizations to ensure a consistent and accurate Security budget that is properly reflected in all local budgets. The person will help managed the capital project reporting across all Security organizations. Supports various ad hoc or security-related requests to support benchmarking, financial reporting and analysis. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Tracks, maintains, analyzes and provides current information on the operations business scorecard or key performance indicators. Develops and organizes performance reports for both internal and external use. Contributes to the development of short-term and long-range business planning. Provides continuous updates and insights to all levels of the organization in the form of standard financial reports and scorecards, ad hoc analysis, strategic plans and forecasts, new technology business cases and analytics insights. Develops, implements and maintains models, analysis, and reports to provide accurate and timely forecasts for the Security Department and incorporating financial modeling from each organization into a consistent Security budget. Develops metrics and reporting, prepares and presents data, gathers and maintains project information for multiple projects. Develops, implements and maintains models to evaluate significant projects. Leads or supports the coordination of allocations and cross charging methodologies to ensure consistency across all of Security. This includes ensuring results are clearly documented, communicated and are reviewed timely and adjusted as necessary. Participates in evaluating proposals and making recommendations to achieve long-range financial objectives. This includes leading special project work, developing, planning for, coordinating, implementing and installing new processes, initiatives, and methods. Supports the coordination and development, implementation and monitoring of annual expense and capital budgets within the Security department with coordination across all business organizations. Performs detailed and fiscal analysis on a variety of issues in support of and to facilitate budgetary decision making and provides summary recommendations to management. Ensures all compliance aspects of position are known and followed; understands and complies with all policies, codes and regulations applicable to position and company. Performs related duties as assigned. Requirements Essential Education, Skills, and Environment Education and Work Experience Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, economics or finance from an accredited school. Candidates that do not possess a bachelor's degree must have a minimum of 4 years of related work experience. Specialized Knowledge and Skills Demonstrated knowledge of:

  • Information technology terms, equipment, systems, functions and major vendors Demonstrated skills such as:
    • Analytical, interpersonal and communication, presentation
    • Problem-solving, decision-making, research, attention to detail
    • Leadership to provide guidance, direction, orientation and instruction
    • Working within strict deadlines and handle multiple projects and with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
    • Establish and monitor adherence to standards
    • Spreadsheet and report design for presentation of financial and other statistical information
    • Database management and querying tools . Equipment and Applications PCs, word processing, spreadsheet and database software; e-mail, Oracle Financials. Work Environment and Physical Demands General office environment. No special physical demands required. CompensationAnnual Salary: $63,100.00 (Min) to $74,200.00 (Mid); Up to 6% Short Term Incentive Plan target opportunity at the discretion of the company.
