We are looking for a Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Polo Towers, located just steps from the vibrant Las Vegas Strip. In this role, - you will be responsible for maintaining the guestrooms, public spaces, back of the house areas in good repair ensuring an attractive and well-maintained property.   Responsibilities Include: -
  
  
  • 
    
  • Establishes a clear line of communication with the engineering leadership.
    
  • Assist other maintenance staff on special projects.
    
  • Maintaining the guestrooms, public spaces, back of the house areas in good repair. -
    
  • Detailed record keeping in English is required for logs and inspection sheets.
    
  • Painting, stucco, texturing, drywall, staining, knockdown and popcorn ceilings.
    
  • Troubleshoot plumbing fixtures including drain cleaning. -
    
  • Other duties as assigner by your leader. -
    
    
    
    
    Schedule Details:
    
    Our Facilities Department operates 7 days per week. Maintenance Team Members may work varying shifts, but primarily will be scheduled for swing shift. -
    QualificationsWhat are we looking for?
    
    
    
    
    • 
      
    • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
      
    • Minimum of 1- 2 years' experience in facilities maintenance.
      
    • Can climb stairs and work on ladders up to 40 feet, push/pull up to 100 lbs., lift/carry up to 50 lbs., and grasp, stoop, reach overhead with or without reasonable accommodations.
      
      
      
      
      Preferred, but not required:

      • EPA - OSHA 10-30 - CPO certifications.
