  • 5-10 years of Warehouse Operations Leadership experience in a wholesale distributor environment.
  • Strong distribution center warehouse experience - proven success in a fast-paced environment (same day order to delivery).
  • Construction supply distribution experience preferred (electric, lighting, raw materials, pipe, wire, steel, HVAC, etc.).
  • ERP/WMS system experience is a MUST. Epicor (P21), SAP, Oracle and/or Red Prairie.
  • Managing a similar scale operation - 32,000 Sq. ft. warehouse with 10-15 fleet trucks, and 10-15 warehouse associates.
  • Proficient in MS Excel (pivots, graphing) and other MS Office Suite tools - highly analytical.
  • Experience overseeing same day and next day orders - 1K+ line items per day.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Ability to delegate & lead a multi-shift operation.
  • Ability to be on-site in Las Vegas, NV 5 days per week (24/5 operation). Desired but not required:
    • Experience managing an operation with 3 shifts: first shift is 3am & warehouse closes at 10 pm.
    • Experience or knowledge in electrical or lighting products (wire, pipe, conduit, switchgear, LED's, lighting controls).
