Optum Bank is seeking a highly motivated Commercial Sr. Loan Servicing Analyst to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a goal driven, detail-oriented professional. The Commercial Sr. Loan Servicing Analyst will be responsible for ensuring commercial loans are accurately serviced and managed in accordance with the bank's policies and procedures.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Execute the Optum Bank loan servicing process to ensure compliance with the bank's credit policy and applicable regulatory requirements
  • Monitor and report tickler and covenant reporting for servicing including audit exception--
  • Set-up and manage ticklers and covenants within the loan origination system
  • Compile and maintain the loan files according to the checklist and collaborate with Credit Team to have an audit-ready file
  • Review and/or complete amendments and modifications to the loan documents as needed
  • Review of subsequential draws and/or progress payments
  • Respond to email/phone inquiries from customers, related third parties, lending partners and internal team members regarding loans within the Credit portfolio
  • Create and maintain procedures and knowledge base
  • Assist with other duties (assignments, new personnel training, special projects) as assigned

    • 4+ years of experience in commercial lending operations--
    • 2+ years Commercial loan documentation experience--
    • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Adobe

      Preferred Qualifications:
      • Bachelor's degree--
      • Formal commercial loan documentation training program
      • Experience with FISERV's loan accounting system
      • Proven excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
