KNOW Under supervision, collect and evaluate both qualitative and
quantitative data about existing financial processes from
cross-functional stakeholders and document for review. Present and
facilitate a review for appropriate internal controls. Document
agreed upon changes to strengthen controls. Develop periodic tests
to ensure internal controls are in place and operating as intended.
Assist with development of technical skills and introduce new
technical solutions as appropriate.Perform all duties and
responsibilities in compliance with standard operating procedures
and other applicable Federal, State, and local regulations.WHERE

- Document moderately complex financial processes shared by
cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate a review for internal controls with input from a
cross-functional team. Document results and revisions.
- Communicate to all stakeholders.
- Periodically test processes to ensure that documented internal
controls are in place and operating as intended.
- Participate in various projects including communication and
implementation of technical solutions to challenges faced by
Finance and operational staff.* Standard Schedule: 40 hours per
week, M - FThe salary range for this position is $ $62,325.00 -
$85,000 .00 .Note that American Red Cross salaries are aligned to
the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily
performed. Other factors that may be used to determine your actual
salary may include your specific skills, how many years of
experience you have and comparison to other employees already in
this role.WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED Bachelor's degree in Accounting,
Finance, Business Administration, or related field required
.Minimum 3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of
education and related experience required.Management Experience:
N/AKnowledge of accounting principles, concepts, practices, and
standards. Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
skills. Proficiency in use of Personal Computer, word-processing,
spreadsheet applications and database applications. Advanced skills
in Excel required. Experience and skill with Power Point, Share
Point, Power Query and/or Power Platform Applications a
plus.Travel: May travel and participate in meetings and conferences
throughout the Red Cross system.A current, valid driver's license
with good driving record isrequired.*Combination of candidate's
education and general experience satisfies requirements so long as
the total years equate to description's minimum education and
general experience years combined (Management experience cannot be
substituted).Physical RequirementsThe physical demands described

performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly
required to sit; use hands to handle or feel; and talk or hear. The
employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The

work environment will consist of moderate noise (i.e. business

employee must have the ability to work in a small cubicle and have
the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of
