• 401K, and Stock eligibility plan.Job DetailsJob Details:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Project Manager for Healthcare Construction. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team in the construction industry, focusing on healthcare-related projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare construction, project management, and hospital construction. This role involves managing all aspects of construction projects, from the initial planning stages through to completion, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest possible standard. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the unique challenges and requirements of healthcare construction, including the construction of micro hospitals and ground-up commercial projects.Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of healthcare construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure all construction activities comply with health and safety regulations, as well as industry standards and best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Resolve any issues or delays that may impact the successful completion of the project.
  • Manage the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring quality control at all stages of the project.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing project team, fostering a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, innovation, and excellence.Qualifications:
    • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a specific focus on healthcare construction.
    • Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects, from initial planning through to completion.
    • Strong knowledge of hospital construction, including the unique requirements and challenges of micro hospital projects.
    • Demonstrated experience in ground-up commercial construction.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships with clients, contractors, and team members.
    • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate potential risks and issues.
    • Proficient in project management software and other relevant technology.
    • A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
