The Leasing Sales Agent is a sales focused role, responsible for leasing Streetlane homes in the Las Vegas market. This role will follow up with all leads throughout each stage of the sales process, converting leads to showings, showings to applications, and applications to move ins, while documenting interactions and notes in the appropriate systems. The leasing agent will assist with monitoring inventory and will require some travel locally within the market. This role will assist cross functional groups in application processing, pricing analysis, marketing, and other property management tasks as needed. This is a remote position.
What You Will Do

  • Achieve monthly leasing goals
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly leasing targets vs actual
  • Contact and follow up with leads daily
  • Update and monitor lead management software
  • Monitor inventory by walking properties new to the market, and throughout vacancy
  • Maintain daily inventory leasing report for management review
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with details to internal teams
  • Complete and update information in relevant systems (Yardi, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Adhere to all local, state and federal laws, including all laws governing Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other applicable laws pertaining to property management or residential leasing
  • Assist in accepting and tracking tenant applications, screen and prepare documents required to help Property Managers and Asset Managers make tenant selection decisions
  • Assist in the collection of necessary paperwork, run background, credit rating and other checks
  • Perform other related duties or special projects as assigned
  • Ability to work weekends
  • Ability to work overtime as needed

    What You Bring With You

    • Real Estate License in Nevada required
    • High School degree
    • 2 years of experience in Real Estate or Leasing, preferably in similar positions
    • High level of organizational skills required
    • High level of communication skills required
    • Understanding of lease application process preferred
    • Must have knowledge & understanding of basic technology and be able to use internet & various computer programs
    • Microsoft Office, Internet and other basic computer skills
    • Sales Force and Yardi Experience preferred
    • Reliable transportation within the Phoenix market
    • Bilingual a plus
