Direct Solar is currently seeking Regional Sales Managers to
oversee a territory as we expand into new markets across the U.S.
We opened our Texas Branch and will be opening a Branch in
California in 2022. We are interviewing multiple candidates as we
expand into new markets as well as open additional Branches in our
existing markets.
The Regional Sales Manager would be in charge of day-to-day
operations for our Direct-to-Consumer Solar sales campaign. Our
ideal candidate is one who possesses a proven track record in
managing sales teams, both in the office and in the field. This is
a long-term employment opportunity with room for growth and
advancement within the company. The successful candidate can expect
to earn $150,000+ within their first year of work. The chosen
candidates will be required to train in the Las Vegas market for a
minimum period of 3 to 6 months(3-6).

Upon completion of the Sales Rep, Sales Trainer, and Regional Sales
Manager training programs, the candidate will oversee operations of
our Direct to Consumer Solar campaign in the selected region. The
first one and half to 3 months of work will be primarily
field-focused. This is a commission position within a highly
lucrative industry.
Responsibilities:
--- Manages personnel and develops sales staff in that region to
help clients reduce traditional energy consumption and save money
by going solar. Primarily through residential customers door to
door
--- Manages an assigned geographical territory sales area to
maximize sales revenue and meet corporate objectives
--- Manages and mediates effective company programs to compensate,
coach, appraise, and train sales personnel
--- Conducts both group and individual interview sessions
--- Foster a culture grounded in accountability, teamwork and
passion for delivering results.
--- Conducts weekly sales meetings with the sales staff to review
performance strategies and up-to-date results
--- Assists the sales personnel in the field, on a daily basis; in
establishing contact and building rapport with target customers
--- Educate the sales team by utilizing pre-approved sales training
and coaching programs
--- Collaborate with the Executive Team to establish control
budgets for work trips and sales events
--- Managing teams through travel trips to drive business in new
markets
--- Prepares and participates in weekly meetings with the CEO and
Executive team
--- Submits weekly reports to the Executive team
--- Leads from the front and will lead in the field when
necessary
--- Prepares and participates in weekly meetings with the CEO and

Qualifications:
--- Must have a valid driver's license + own means of
transportation
--- Must be looking for full-time, long term employment
--- Sales experience required (preferably solar or D2C)
--- Management experience required (D2D or B2B experience an
asset)
--- Must have the ability to manage a sales team of 15-20
personnel
--- Located in Las Vegas or willing to relocate
--- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills required
