hiring Bilingual Spanish Call Center Agents to join our World Class
Team!No Selling! No Cold Calling! No Nights! No Sundays! No Major
Holidays!$15.50 for bilingual to start with 50 cent increases as
you pass training and certification goals. Plus, you could earn
hourly incentive pay, paid out monthly.Our Call Center Agents
provide outbound calling services or receive calls to create or
service existing client orders while maintaining a strong emphasis
on providing a positive first impression with 100% accuracy level.
Representatives will follow established scripts and call flows as
provided in a professional, courteous, accurate, and timely
manner.If you have at least six months of customer service
experience (call center, sales, restaurant, hospitality), with
excellent communication skills, accurate computer skills and can
work a flexible schedule and are reliable, then we want
you!ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONEssential Requirements:Consistent and
regular attendance is essentialHigh degree of responsibility,
dependability, motivation and customer focusedAt least 6 months of
customer service experience (call center, sales, restaurant,
hospitality)Excellent communication and computer skills with
ability to speak to customers and type accurately at the same
timeFT - Available to work an 8 or 4-hour shift during our hours of
operation from 5 am to 7 pm, Mondays through Fridays with rotating
Saturdays. PT early morning hours, late afternoon/early evening
hours and Saturday hours available.Must be dependable and arrives
to work on time, follows break schedules and follows proper call in
procedures. Please note; we have a strict attendance policy.Stable
work historyRequired to undergo pre-employment drug test, criminal
