- End of day billingJob Brief: Grand Specialty is growing and
we're looking for an organized individual who is good at managing
multiple projects at one time. This position will assist with daily
order processing, billing, inventory control, and general customer
service needs. Duties:Answer Incoming calls and communicating order
statuses to customers. Daily order entry. Provide customer service
support. Assist with order fulfillment in terms of pulling and
packing orders / shipping.Process orders accurately. Familiarize
with our product line and their applications. Matching customer
needs and requests with our product. Other responsibilities as
