What Will I Be Doing?

• 
  
• Provide general concierge services for all members, owners, and guests by offering area information and booking activities prior to guest arrival.
  
• Provide information & incentives for guests to attend a sales presentation.
  
• Make required number of outbound phone calls per day to meet production requirements.
  
• Promote HGV Ultimate Access events.
  
• Proactively work with management to resolve any customer related challenges that may arise.
  
• Complete other administrative duties and tasks as assigned by management.

    Qualifications
    What We Are Looking For:
    
    
    • 
      
    • 1 or more years of customer service experience.
      
    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
      
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule including, evenings, weekends and holidays.
      
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
      
    • Have knowledge of local attractions such as shows, restaurants, and activities.
      
    • Engaging personality, positive demeanor, and eager ability to work in fast pace environment.
      
    • Ability to prioritize multiple priorities and duties.
      
    • Comfortability cold calling and working independently.
      
      
      It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
      
      
      • 
        
      • Previous sales-related call center experience or timeshare experience.
        
      • Previous tours and activity or concierge service experience.
