The Patient Outreach, Inside Sales will be responsible for outbound
and inbound calling to schedule patients for in-home clinical
visits with a Landmark Health provider. S/he will be required to
meet developing quality and production metrics in order to provide
the highest level of customer service on each interaction. S/he
will be responsible for learning the outreach model and adapting it
to constantly changing patient interactions to meet business and
patient needs. The ideal candidate must be goal oriented and
willing to adjust to a fast paced and evolving environment.
This position is full-time, Sunday - Saturday. Employees are
required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift
schedules during our normal business hours of 7:30am to 6:00pm. It
may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional
overtime.
We offer 4 weeks of mandatory training. The hours during training
will be 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM PST Monday through Friday. Training will
be conducted virtually from your home.
All Telecommuters will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth
Group's Telecommuter Policy.

City Residents Only: The salary range for California / Colorado /
Connecticut / Nevada / Washington / New York City residents is
$16.00 - $27.31.Pay is based on several factors including but not
limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In
