*About the role:*


As the Outside Sales Representative at Providers International, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating sales efforts and deliverables in support of overall company goals. This role will ensure that Providers International is the leading full service security firm across the United States.


Please see below the most common tasks performed on a daily basis:


* Working with clients and the Leadership team on creating the best package for their needs

* Maintain client satisfaction, answer questions, and provide creative solutions to their unique situations

* Develop and execute sales strategies across different client industries

* Initiate sales process by scheduling appointments with warm leads

* Expand sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services.


*Qualifications:*


* Previous sales experience preferred but not required

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and management.

* Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to clients and remaining flexible to the needs of the business. Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision.

* Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.

* Ability to work under aggressive schedules with demanding performance requirements.

* Ability to successfully complete a Full Background Check

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet research

* Extremely detailed oriented

* Strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced environment

* Strong sense of personal ownership of tasks with a commitment to see projects through

* Ability to think outside of the box and problem solve

* Flexibility in regards to changing procedures and being versatile

* Superior written and oral communication skills

* Experience in managing vendors, people, equipment, and timelines


*Compensation and Benefits:*


Compensation for this role will be commission based, you will earn 5% commission based on the gross amount of the sales and will be paid out on a cash basis. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, Paid Time Off, professional development and opportunities for advancement.


*Work Environment:*


This can be either a part or full time opportunity, depending on performance and business needs. This role is 100% remote, however, we are looking for individuals living in the following locations: in Las Vegas, NV, Portland, OR, and Phoenix, AZ.


The role requires a steady internet connection, and the ability to work remotely without interruption.
