We are currently looking Loan Servicing Agent to join our Resortcom family in our Las Vegas call center!
The ideal candidate can look forward to the following:

• Hands on training and continued growth on a fast-paced team
• Demonstrate your best customer service skills while servicing our members
• Control your earnings/future with a competitive performance based bonus structure Daily tasks of a Loan Servicing Agent include:
  • Assisting our members with payments over the phone
  • Assess members situations and provide best payment option for them
  • Collect a min of 10 payments a day and make 150 outbound calls This position pays $15.50 hr. plus a monthly bonus of up to $1,000. Agent reports to the Loan Servicing Department Supervisor and is responsible for collections on all delinquent loans and maintenance fees.
    Essential Functions

    • Handle inbound and outbound calls on delinquent loan and or Maintenance fee accounts.
    • Review and provide feedback on accounts to management.
    • Process member payments by phone.
    • Set up payment arrangements and offer amnesty assistance.
    • Correspond with customers through email.
    • All other duties and projects as assigned by management.
    • Works entire assigned shifts, demonstrates work schedule flexibility, and is punctual.

      Qualifications
      Required Education and Experience
      • Bilingual
      • High school diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
      • Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task in high volume workloads situations
      • Ability to work under pressure
      • Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
      • Good math skills
      • Knowledge of FDCPA
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills
      • Must be organized and Detail Oriented Preferred Education and Experience
        • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
