Job Description:
POSITION OVERVIEWThe POS Coordinator will be responsible for
provisioning and deprovisioning of Members into the various POS and
cash recycler machines. This position will be responsible for
adding, removing, and updating menu items and prices in the POS and
ensuring property mapping to the Hotel Management System (HMS).
Lastly, other responsibilities include making edits to the cash
bank sizes by the various outlets on property under the direction
of the Assistant Director of Revenue Audit. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIESThe following and other duties may be assigned as
necessary:
- Configure and manage the InfoGenesis, Book4Time, and HMS POS
implementations
- Configure and manage the Resort s Cash Recyclers
implementation
- Oversee and support the Resort s Food & Beverage (F&B),
Retail, and other operating departments with day-to-day POS
issues
- Provision, de-provision, and maintain the active director for
POS and Cash Recycling Systems
- Develop training material and deliver POS and Cash Recycler
systems training as needed
- Work closely with the IT Application Team, F&B, Retail
Operation, and other operating departments
- Manage and implement POS system for current and new outlet roll
outs
- Add, edit, remove menu items for all property POS system
- Work with IT Security and Hospitality Audit to enforce company
policy and appropriate access for all POS systems
- Temporary or permanent duties and responsibilities may be added
to or modified as deemed necessaryQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTSTo

Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Bachelor s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Six (6) months of experience in accounting, audit, or finance
or related field
- Experience or familiarity in a gaming and hospitality
environment
- Direct experience in GAAP financial statement preparation
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Applications
- Maintain composure under pressure and consistently meet
deadlines with internal and external customers and contacts
- Ability to interact appropriately and effectively with guests,
management, other team members, and outside contacts
- Polished appearance and demeanor
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain full knowledge and understanding
of company and department rules and regulations, policies and
procedures
- Self-motivated with excellent organization skills, attention to
detail, and ability to work under time constraints and established
deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills; be able to function under time
constraints and deadlines with attention to detail
- Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule to include
holidays, nights, and weekends
- Work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONSMember must be able to qualify
