Program Your Impact Engage and inspire prospective owners through
dynamic presentations and personalized consultations. Partner
closely with marketing and resort operations to create seamless
experiences that drive conversions. Use creative sales approaches
to connect emotionally with guests and differentiate Vacatia in a
competitive market. Track and measure performance to meet or exceed
individual and team goals. Contribute to a supportive,
results-driven sales culture built on excellence, collaboration,
and integrity. What You Bring A proven track record of achieving or
surpassing sales goals while delivering an exceptional guest
experience. Strong relationship-building, persuasive communication,
and closing skills. Ability to connect authentically with guests,
identify needs, and tailor solutions. Active Real Estate or
Timeshare License may be required depending on location. Experience
in timeshare, real estate, travel, or high-ticket sales preferred.
Ability to communicate in Spanish, Portuguese, or French is a plus.
