Job Description:
Aramark is seeking a driven Account Executive to join our
dynamic Sales & Business Development team in the Professional
Services sector. This role is crucial for building and maintaining
strong, lasting relationships with clients in diverse industries
such as education, healthcare, and business facilities. The ideal
candidate will embody Aramark's commitment to excellence and
innovation, strategically driving business growth and upholding our
reputation as a leader in service provision. Identify potential
client opportunities and generate leads in alignment with Aramark’s
services and capabilities. Develop and maintain strong
relationships with clients by providing tailored solutions that
enhance their service experience. Negotiate contracts and close
agreements to maximize profits while ensuring clients’ needs are
met. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure contract
specifications are executed flawlessly. Stay informed of industry
trends and maintain a deep knowledge of competitor behavior.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations that effectively
communicate Aramark’s value proposition. Meet and exceed sales
targets and performance metrics. Proven ability in lead generation
and in the negotiation and closing of sales. Strong communication
and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and in a
team-oriented environment. Excellent organizational skills and
attention to detail. Adaptability and problem-solving capability.
